Yoga Alliance minimum 200 hour curriculum has guidelines in practicum (practicing teaching), philosophy, technique, teaching methodology and anatomy. Each individual school must meet the minimum requirements of the 5 sections, then decide how the remaining hours are allocated. At BYC, our training program will place the extra focus in three primary areas: teaching methodology, practicum and yoga philosophy/lifestyle.
We will limit the number of students so register early! Please complete the form below and you will be contacted for a meeting to discuss your practice and reasons for wanting to go through the training program. We will accept students into the program on an individual basis and with consideration for group dynamic.
