Wild Woman Project New Moon Circle
In each Wild Woman Project Circle, we will explore a monthly astrological, seasonal theme (to be announced at the preceding full moon) that is based on a year-long exploration by experiencing an herbal infusion (tea); heart-centered or Yoga Nidra meditation; moon/folk lore; expressive & creative writing; a take-home hands-on project like candle making, herbal blending, macrame, ladder weaving, etc.; sharing of intention; sisterhood; energy medicine techniques; and more.
The sacred gathering of women is ancient, and this space is where we remember and reclaim our instinctive, innate power to heal, manifest, create, and birth peace within and in this natural world. Where two or more women form a circle, magic emerges.
Bring journal/pen, tea mug, yoga mat, blanket, pillow — and dress comfortably! Please arrive 10 minutes early to get tea and settled.
Our circle welcomes women of all spiritual centerings and world views and is led by Tanja Krupa, Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Ama-Deus® practitioner, Wild Woman Project Circle Leader, Certified Reflexologist, Certified Aromatherapist, herbalist, Theta Healing practitioner, EFT practitioner, writer, and mother.
Reconnect with your inner goddess, healer, creatrix, sister, and wild woman. Restore sacred community and play in new moon energies with other amazing women for one night. Awaken your magical intuition and profound powers to manifest!

9am-noon: Chakras in Action: Sequencing for Teachers Workshop. How to use the Chakras in creating effective drop-in classes.
Open to Teachers and Experienced Students
The Chakras chart a course across our lives by defining key relationships that have to be resolved on the path to spiritual maturity. They are an energetic link between the manifest and the un-manifest dimensions in our lives and the place in which thought becomes form. A well-designed yoga class unfolds along the path laid out by the Chakras.
This workshop will combine a lecture/discussion period and an asana-practice session dedicated to integrating the concepts taught. To truly realize the learning opportunity, it is recommended that participants in the Chakra Workshop also attend a minimum of one Vinyasa session during the weekend.
2-5pm: Strength and Surrender: Vinyasa Session
‘The obstacles in our path ARE the path. Every time we stretch beyond our resistance and our fear, we make a choice for life. And every time we choose life, we find that fear loses it’s grip on us.’ Rolf Gates
In this asana-based session we will practice being grounded in the present to allow new possibilities in every aspect of our lives.
Sunday: 9am-noon: Clarity + Connection: Vinyasa Session
‘We all know more than we think we do, and we are stronger than we believe ourselves to be. We come to our mats and to our lives to learn by going where we have to go.’ –Rolf Gates
In this asana-based session together we will explore clarity and connection on our mats so as to bring that same posture into all areas of our lives.

Yin Yoga Training: Functional Alignment + Sequencing
NO REFUNDS STUDIO CREDIT ONLY
During this weekend of Yin Yoga exploration we'll spend time considering skeletal variations between us, based on the work of Paul Grilley. As we study these anatomical differences we'll also examine the common themes that thread throughout our more subtle energetic realms through the lens of Yin Yoga + Daoism.
Friday night, the first segment of the training, will be a public workshop: Yin Yoga for Self-Care. This class will utilize the quiet and stretchy practice of Yin Yoga as a tool for finding balance in our over-stressed, over-worked minds and bodies.
Saturday and Sunday are designed for teachers, therapists and curious students to learn how to weave Yin Yoga into their existing practices. We'll do an in-depth study of Yin asana (postures) as we carefully consider how to best modify the shapes to meet the needs of the individual. In addition, we will look at how to incorporate meridian and chakra work, pranayama and meditation into our practice/teaching to help balance the nervous and energetic systems.
You can expect a blend of lecture, discussion, personal practice and hands-on/partner work.
Upon completion of this course, students will receive 20 YACE Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance.
Course topic will include:
• yin asana study
• skeletal variations
• functional alignment + anatomy
• bones + fascia
• yin + yang movements + theory
• meridians, chakras + elements
• creating space for practic
