Yoga 101 - week 2

Join Tanya for this 3 week series.  $30 individual session or $65 for series (includes 3 weekly 90 minute yoga 101 workshop sessions and 30 days of unlimited yoga).  The 30 day start date is the student's choice.  Beginners and experienced students will benefit from this basics workshop series.  Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours) and water.  Wear comfortable clothes.  All levels welcome.
