Curious about Ashtanga yoga but unsure if you are ready? Join Jen for this 4 week series for an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga. Class meets Sundays in January 10:30-11:30 1/6-1/27. In the first 3 sessions, we will explore the foundations of moving and breathing in Ashtanga yoga. In the last session, we will be joined by the rest of our BYC Ashtanga community for our first Ashtanga gathering. In the last session you will meet other Ashtanga yoga practitioners, share tea and have some meaningful conversations about the non physical parts of the practice.
