4 week 30 minute FREE mini classes with a focus on adding tools to your "toolbox" of life.  Do you find yourself reacting quickly?  Do you replay conversations over in your head and imagine thinking/acting/speaking differently?  Are you going change in your life or looking for support to get past some areas that are stuck?  Topics will include meditation, chanting, Yoga philosophy and mindfulness.
