BE MINDFUL. Emily has been married since 2000 and spends most of her time raising 3 boys in her hometown of Brighton. After about 13 years of practicing yoga Emily decided to deepen her practice and knowledge so she could share it with and inspire others. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training program in 2014 with Jonny Kest at Center for Yoga and considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. Emily jumped right into teaching yoga and is excited to share with her students what she has learned and loves about yoga! Emily's classes have a strong focus on the breath while learning how to connect and flow with it. Each class offers a full workout of the body and the mind while encouraging students to find a way to create more space in their bodies, make deep connections and create a calm and focused mind.
