BE KIND (TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS).  Susan began practicing yoga in 1998, after her physician suggested it to recover from a repetitive stress injury.  She fell in love with the physical benefits right away.  What she didn’t expect was the calming and stress relieving benefits, which she loved even more!   She completed her yoga teacher training at The Yoga Center for Healthy Living in April of 2009 and is RYT 200 certified.  She has had the pleasure of taking workshops with Baron Baptiste, John Friend, Desiree’ Rumbaugh, Betsy Downing, Noah Maze, Sianna Sherman, Todd Tesen, Judith Lasater, Pauly Zink and many more!  She completed her Pilates training at Equilibrium Studio and became a STOTT certified Pilates instructor in February of 2013, certified in Mat and Reformer. Susan completed REIKI Level I and II training with William Rand. She is also a REIKI Master and Teacher.  She is constantly exploring to find methods and techniques to feel healthier and stress free, and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students!  One of her greatest joys is seeing her students growing and becoming stronger, more confident, less stressed and happier!

The foundation of the group began with Spencer Field's experience in a political marketing firm during the 2012 elections cycle where he learned the power of a online sales funnel. After completing his BSBA in Business Entrepreneurship in 13 months, he went on to found the Orange Cube Group in March 2015. From the foundation, he has focused on creating a team of people that know how to find, modify, and use tools to help clients reach measurable goals.
