BE IN YOUR FEET.  Kim felt an instant connection and openness in her heart when she started practicing yoga ever since Brighton Yoga Center (BYC) opened.  Kim found she was holding her breathe through life. Her practice has grounded her and she felt present again. “Being where your feet are” soared back into her life.   This brought her peace, healed her anxieties, and brought closure to the post-partum depression she suffered after complicated deliveries of her now healthy three young boys.  In the fall of 2016 Kim immersed herself into yoga and received completed her RYT200 training at BYC.  The healing, heart opening, mindfulness, and meditation she experienced drove her deeper into practice. In 2017 she completed Yin Yoga Level 1 with Lynne Baum as well as an Anatomy of Yoga course with Kesandra Karim.   Studying children’s yoga is also very important in her journey. Seeing the anxieties arise in her sons has driven a new passion in Kim to help children of all ages find their breath.
