BE GRATEFUL. Stacy's yoga journey began when life’s path unexpectedly placed her at the doorway of a local studio, and she instantly fell in love with the practice. Learning to instruct seemed to be a natural way for her to give back some of the peace, joy, and gratitude she received on her own mat, so she received her 200-hour certification from Good Karma Yoga in 2014 and immediately began teaching. Stacy believes happiness is an inside job and making the most of this wonderful life begins with finding gratitude for what is, no matter how small. It is that gratitude she hopes you take with you each time you step off your mat after a session to head back to the rest of the world. Aside from yoga, she is also an active parent to three children and a member of the Hartland community. She has a Bachelors degree in English from Michigan State University and a fondness for literature. Also a practicing aerialist with a penchant for the outdoors, when she is not on her yoga mat, you will find her working on new aerial moves, hanging out with her kids, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, or paddle boarding.
